I have over 25 years of experience helping adults make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. My goal is to provide you with the highest quality scientifically-driven psychological care in a safe and supportive environment. I believe that feeling comfortable with your therapist is a key component to change and growth.  I collaborate with my clients to help set treatment goals, and I tailor my approach to meet each person's specific needs.
